The UN Society has over 1000 members and is thus one of the largest societies on campus. As well as being part of the LSE Student Union we are affilated with the United Nations Youth Student Association (UNYSA) and was voted their most active branch in the UK 2008.
The UN Society is committed to:

- Participating in Model UN Conferences (world-wide and nation-wide) as well as conducting training for these conferences for those wishing to participate. Also in March 2010 the UN Society held its first ever MUN Conference. For information on the conference please visit lsemun.org, we intend to repeat and build on our early success in 2011.
The society annually offers its members the chance to participate in around 15 Model UN Conferences. We organise weekly events and training workshops.
